30-day returns for ready-made products

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, with its original tags and packaging.

How to request a return

Email bupangzhang7@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items to the address on the parcel without confirming it with us.

Return shipping

For a return that is not caused by a quality issue or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item has a quality issue or we sent the wrong item, Glampaw Gifts is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Quality issues and incorrect items

If your item has a quality issue or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. We will review your request for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will review returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy applies to our current ready-made collection. Photo-personalised products are not currently offered. This policy does not limit any applicable statutory rights.
